'TIS SO SWEET'
“Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, just to take Him at His word. Just to rest up on His promise, just to know this sayeth the Lord.
The lines above are the words to the first verse of the hymn you should hear playing right now as you read this devotional. How sweet it is to take these words to heart. To know His rest and be so blessed.
To love Him in such a way, that you take all of your weaknesses. All of your short comings, as well as every fear and doubt. And cast it at Jesus Feet and ask Him for help. Then surely He will lift you out. Out of that muck, that sifting sand that clay. And plant your feet on a rock to stay. Do you know this peace that you are reading of?
